John Fremes

John Fremes is AGC Studios’ EVP of Worldwide Sales & Distribution. Prior to joining AGC Studios, Fremes founded Fremes Media Services and consulted for Arclight Films handling Poker Face starring Russell Crowe and Liam Hemsworth; The Portable Door starring Christoph Waltz and Sam Neil; Escape From Pretoria starring Daniel Radcliffe; Brandon Cronenberg’s Possessor; and Twist starring Michael Caine. Fremes ran the international division at Voltage Pictures as President of International Sales and Distribution from 2015-2017 handling I Feel Pretty (Amy Schumer), Taylor Sheridan’s Wind River (Jeremy Renner), A Family Man (Gerard Butler), and Colossal (Anne Hathaway, Jason Sudeikis). Prior to joining Voltage, Fremes was President of International Sales and Distribution for Millennium Media 2012-2015 overseeing sales and distribution of 30 films, which grossed over $850 Million in worldwide box office including Expendables 2 & 3 (Sylvester Stallone, Jason Statham), Olympus Has Fallen and London Has Fallen (Gerard Butler, Morgan Freeman), Homefront (Jason Statham, James Franco) and Criminal (Kevin Costner, Ryan Reynolds and Gary Oldman).  Fremes joined Millennium from Essential Entertainment where he was a founding partner and for 4 years served as President of Worldwide Sales and Distribution.
